About Your Role

  • Responsible for maintaining weekly contact with customer throughout the restoration or repair period on a weekly basis. Update with cost and pics.
  • Make recommendations for upgrades as recommended by the shop manager.
  • Finalizing contract for details such as paint colors, seat colors, final details, etc.
  • Maintain records of draw requests weekly.
  • Inform customers of condition report for partial repairs and recommend repair items.
  • Greet customers and give shop tours.
  • Follow up with customer after vehicle has shipped.
  • Follow up on warranty items.
  • Manage after hours communications via email or cell phone when needed. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ or previous experience in automotive service environment, customer service, or other related fields 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently.

  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from work daily.
  • Adhere to all health regulations and utilize all safety equipment. 
  • Ability to work 7am-6pm Monday-Thursday.
  • Ability to work possible Fridays and Saturdays depending on company workload.
  • Mandatory drug screening is required

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time.
  • Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting.
  • Returns any unused inventory to storage and enters and keeps track of allotted vehicles to stay on schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Safely operates a motor vehicle.
