Unlike most classic trucks with rough, jerky shifts, the advanced 10R80 10-speed automatic transmission in the Velocity Ford Bronco delivers a smooth, refined driving experience while preserving the engine’s full capabilities. A two-speed Atlas transfer case efficiently distributes power between the front and rear axles. Each Velocity truck is custom-tuned on our in-house dyno, ensuring an unparalleled driving experience.

The Velocity Exclusive Performance Exhaust is custom-made in-house for the Velocity Ford Bronco restomod to extract maximum performance from the Ford Gen III 5.0L Coyote V8. This stainless steel exhaust system optimizes exhaust flow, giving the classic Ford Bronco a distinctive rumble from its single 3” tailpipe.

The Velocity Ford Bronco is ready for any terrain with brand-new (never rebuilt) axles. Up front is a proven Dana 44 axle with Warn locking hubs and a Ford 9” axle at the back. Power is transmitted to the axles via an Atlas 2-speed transfer case.

The Velocity Ford Bronco rides on a restored version of the truck’s original frame. This frame has been sandblasted and powder-coated in-house to be stronger and more durable than what the truck rode on when it was brand new.

As a further performance and handling upgrade, you can upgrade to an optional Velocity Exclusive Roadster Shop frame for maximum ride comfort and off-road capability.

With all that power under the hood, the Velocity Ford Bronco upgrades the outdated factory braking system with a more advanced four-wheel disc brake setup from Wilwood. The Wilwood big brake kit features six-piston calipers up front and four-piston calipers in the rear, delivering significantly improved stopping power and control. A Wilwood master cylinder and custom brake lines complete this advanced braking system.

Velocity has expertly tuned the suspension of the classic Ford Bronco to ensure a smooth ride while retaining the off-road capability that made these trucks a favorite among enthusiasts. The Velocity Bronco features beefed-up suspension with 11-leaf rear springs—more than double the factory count—and Bilstein custom-valved shocks at all four corners. Additionally, front and rear sway bars enhance stability for a more controlled ride.

To ensure the modern engine has proper fuel pressure, each Velocity Ford Bronco restomodis equipped with the Velocity Exclusive Aluminum Fuel Tank. This 15-gallon tank features a GM-style 58 psi fuel pump and a cylinder-style fuel level sender for enhanced accuracy. Finished with a satin black powder-coat and fitted with stainless steel lines, the tank combines long-lasting durability with a sleek custom look.
