Post Malone is a unique artist who has defined his music through the experimentation of various genres, starting in the world of rap and pop before transitioning to country with his latest album, F-1 Trillion. Not only did Post collaborate with some of the biggest names in country music history for this album, but, months before the album’s release, he also teamed up with Velocity Restorations to build a pair of classic Ford trucks, which represent his diversity as an artist.
The lowered F-100 shows his grittier side, while the F-250 Highboy is a clear indication of his more relaxed country style. Keep reading to get a closer look at these custom Re-Engineered Classic™ trucks commissioned by Post Malone and built by Velocity.
Velocity Heritage Series 1971 Ford F-250
If you’ve seen the music video for Post’s “Devil I’ve Been” collaboration with ERNEST, then you’ve already seen his classic Ford F-250. This Re-Engineered Classic™ truck is prominently featured throughout the video along with a Velocity Signature Series Ford Bronco, both wearing Boxwood Green BASF Glasurit paint jobs. From the outside, this F-250 carries the same styling as other Heritage Series builds with the two-tone paint scheme, custom-machined billet accessories, color-matched bumpers and wheels, and 33” tires that are ready for any terrain.
It’s the interior where Post Malone’s Velocity Heritage Series 1971 Ford F-250 truly stands out. For starters, his signature has been etched into Velocity’s custom-made door panels, but the biggest enhancement is the speaker pods, developed exclusively for these trucks, to house the premium Focal speakers. As a finishing touch, Velocity also custom made a billet gun rack to complete the old-school truck vibe.

The vibe might be old-school, but this truck’s drivetrain and chassis are all about new-school capabilities and comforts. It rides on an advanced Velocity Exclusive frame built by Roadster Shop, which benefits from advancements such as coilover shocks and Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes. These components give this F-250 Highboy a smooth ride and rugged off-road capabilities, while the Gen III 5.0L Coyote V8 all the power you could ever want.
Velocity Street Series 1972 Ford F-100
In stark contrast to his high-riding F-250, Post Malone’s Velocity Street Series 1972 Ford F-100 sits low and is a bold canvas that showcases his distinctive style, merging his gritty pop/hip-hop essence with classic Ford truck design. This street performance truck rides on staggered Forgeline wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires, and the classic two-tone paint scheme features Ford’s modern Eruption Green (introduced on the current Ford Bronco) over white with plenty of chrome and billet accessories.

Under the hood is the same Gen III 5.0L Coyote V8 as the F-250, but this truck rides on the sportier Roadster Shop Spec Chassis, which upgrades to Baer four-wheel disc brakes.
