If you’ve ever wondered what it takes to build the best restomods money can buy, comedian Tom Segura is here to give you a better idea. After a brief visit last year, Segura made another trip to Pensacola, FL for a more intense tour at our state-of-the-art classic car restoration shop.
Velocity executive, Tom Maxwell, showed Segura around the 135,000-sq-ft facility, and then lets him drive some of the Velocity restomod cars for sale including the vintage Bronco, 1968 Mustang, and Chevy K5 Blazer. Watch as Segura’s tour follows the industry-leading Velocity build process, but be aware that there is some language in the video.
The Toms start in the boneyard checking out how Velocity models look before they undergo an intense classic car restoration, and then they head over to the chassis, metal work, and paint departments to show where the real transformation begins. After getting a little intimate with some leather in the trim shop, Segura walks through R&D and the assembly stations where he’s impressed with the 14-week build process of our custom vehicles.
While visiting the test and tune department, Segura gets some seat time in a K5 Blazer that is still undergoing shakedown tests, and then grabs a Bronco and Acapulco Blue ‘68 Mustang from the showroom… the final test drive of his tour was a bit unconventional! This video highlights what makes Velocity a leader in the classic car restoration industry with our experienced team of craftsmen and advanced facility capable of rolling out more than 100 modernized classics each year.
Velocity’s lineup currently consists of six models including two versions of the classic Ford F-Series. These vehicles aren’t just restored; each has been completely reinvented and reimagined from the ground up making them true one-of-a-kind classics that you can be proud to own.
